The scarcity of skilled and trained personnel is one of the biggest challenges in the beauty industry today. Salons will require 200,000 additional skilled personnel over the next five years, however, their availability is a concern.

The academy is situated at Miramar and focuses not only on classroom instruction but also practical salon exposure.
