Marcou Artifacts

Marcou Artifacts, city’s new curio destination is an idea that was conceptualized when Francisco Martins and Anil Counto were on a trip to Portugal. During their trip, they were inspired to pioneer ceramic products and unique souvenirs depicting Goan culture. The idea behind Marcou was to give people outside India, a symbolic remembrance of Goa.

The first store was inaugurated on April 24th 2012.At the moment, the current factory is set up in Corlim Industrial Estate-Old Goa, where all the products are hand made and designed by local artisans.  Marcou Artifacts in Panjim is our first outlet and we plan to take our designs all over Goa.
