Se Cathedral

Se Cathedral is famous for the Golden Bell that is placed inside the church. This particular Church was built in honour of the Portuguese ruler Afonso de Albuquerque for capturing a Goan city in 1510. It was the day of St. Catherine’s feast that marked the beginning of this construction with tuscan exteriors and Corinthian interiors. Great history lies here. The most alluring is the Golden Bell and its mysteries which is a great site to see.
