Sinquerim located 13 km from Panaji is one of the best beaches in Goa where one can enjoy water-skiing, para-sailing, fishing, scuba diving and windsurfing. The beach is known as the first tourist beach of North Goa and is a very famous  destination. The Sinquerim beach is a beautiful beach that has a spectacular stretch of sand. It is located at the south of the famous beaches like Baga, Calangute and Candolim. It is an ideal place for swimming and one should not miss visiting this beach when on their travel to Goa for  holidays. 

During the evenings, one can see many locals fishing from the fort which according to the locals, the fort is a great fishing spot. Many water sports tour operators who operate from this beach try to woo tourists into taking rides on jetski, dolphin sightings, and paragliding. The beach has some of the largest resorts in Goa and is well connected.
